Interesting, thoughtful and insightful. I picked up this book because I know I could be a better listener and in turn respond better to those around me and have great conversations. I’ve been noticing how I speak with others and reflect on what I could have said better. I’m quick to respond and want to take the time to ponder, reflect and respond softer in the present moment. Great book would recommend for most of us as we have been stripped of many communication skills due to social media etc.
