wow, what a ride. i picked this book up because i was highly intrigued by it, what with it being a revenge story, and if you know me, you know that i ๐™–๐™™๐™ค๐™ง๐™š revenge stories! letโ€™s get into the review:

๐™–๐™—๐™ค๐™ช๐™ฉ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™˜๐™๐™–๐™ง๐™–๐™˜๐™ฉ๐™š๐™ง๐™จโ€ฆ they werenโ€™t really well developed, but i still found myself caring about what happened to our protagonist (i donโ€™t think we ever found out what his name was) and David. iโ€™ve seen bullying happen back at my school and itโ€™s not a thing that should be happening whatsoever. some of the characters really pissed me off in this book, but i still donโ€™t think they were fully developed.

๐™–๐™—๐™ค๐™ช๐™ฉ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™ฌ๐™ง๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™ฎ๐™ก๐™šโ€ฆ it was simple, nothing beautiful about it, but really easy to get into. maybe even too simple. if i was to give 5 stars to a book, the writing style is also crucial for me.

๐™–๐™—๐™ค๐™ช๐™ฉ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™ฅ๐™ก๐™ค๐™ฉโ€ฆ it was definitely sad what happened in this book, but i do feel like in the last chapters, the author took the easy way out when wrapping up the story. i wonโ€™t say what it was, but i feel like i wanted more from this book. more torment towards the bullies, more meaningful conversations, because it is a topic thatโ€™s really important nowadays too and if weโ€™re writing a revenge story, we want a PROPER revenge story. i felt like i just got a surface of the story when i personally needed the depths.

๐™ค๐™ซ๐™š๐™ง๐™–๐™ก๐™กโ€ฆ i definitely donโ€™t think this was a bad story, i did feel for the characters, but iโ€™m pretty sure iโ€™ll forget everything about this book soon lol.
