So...this book was a whole ride.

At first I was mainly confused and uncertain of what was I reading, but overall I was hooked thinking that it was going to be like that just at the begining and then it'd go quicker, as it often happens with sci-fi or fantasy books.
And it happened, but also it didn't.
Towards the middle I was truly hooked, even started recommending it because it had those sudden plot twists that I wasn't really expecting, and although I still had a hard time understanding, I kept thinking I'd end up with an explanation towards the end.
That explanation never came and I didn't get the ending at all. I'm not sure if my brain is not smart enough to read between lines on what happened to both of them? Or if it's just an open ending and has no explanation at all.
I was about to blame the time it took me to finish it because of a trip, but then I came to read other reviews and check if someone else felt the same way and sadly or thankfully, I wasn't alone.
The book had potential, and the writing is pretty good, but it lacks more descriptions and explanations about the space, time and actions taking place throughout the book.
