one thing about me ,,, if there's a controversial ending i'm somehow gonna love it. to be fair i kind of zoomed through this so the plot felt a bit ambiguous, but i really enjoyed her writing style and think the first person perspective lends itself well to sharing some of laura's intrusive thoughts as a gradual buildup to the end of the novel.
