Io e te by Niccolò Ammaniti
3.0
Students would be happier if all the books which are assigned to read for school were like this! It was a fast, very enjoyable read, Ammaniti’s style never misses to feel natural, essential and always straight-to-the-point. There were some really emotional moments in here, I almost cried (and it doesn’t happen a lot), but I would have loved a deeper analysis of the characters and their lives, especially Olivia’s: she had so much potential, I would have liked to see more of her. Generally, it would have been more relevant and remarkable if it was just a bit longer!
