I absolutely adore An Offer From a Gentleman, but my good this book was excellent. Probably tied for favourite in the Bridgerton series with Offer. Incredibly compelling, funny and heartbreaking. Also it features a lot of Benedict and Sophie and that definitely was a bonus. I wish we had some more of the letters between Eloise and Phillip, but aside from that I don't really have any complaints. Also after complaining about the sameness of the sex scenes in the previous books, this one changes it up and I really liked that! Like, finally a bit of rough sex in Bridgerton hello, like, this is what I've been asking for! Anyhow, very good, love it, will read again.
