Pretty much pitch perfect - from the middle school social drama, to the bold and bright artwork, to the never smarmy messages around working hard on your dreams. There’s so much that is relatable and engaging about this graphic novel. I know plenty of kids who are crazy about Raina Telgemeier’s books, reading them over and over again. I’m happy to have found another book that I’m confident will get them smiling. A delight.
