i just loved this weird little book. i felt very connected to the main character, quirks and all. very emotional & quite dark, i think this novel has an excellent portrayal of trauma & how it affects nearly every aspect of one's life. very much enjoyed this one. haven't read a book quite like it. also, i couldn't help but imagine Catherine as Cate Blanchett.
