I love this series of books. Maz has a fabulous way of engaging readers of all ages. I describe her writing in this series as the Toy Story or Shrek of books, stories children and adults can read but will enjoy on different levels.
In this episode Elliot's life is spiralling out of control - again! More trouble at school, his dad returns from prison and his mum's health is worsening. None of this stops Elliot with his quest to find all of the chaos stones. Can Elliot find the mythical potion rumoured to cure all ills - can he save his mum? Who will he meet and see again on his journey?
