The Memory Police is a very existential story. You watch the characters slowly become empty shells until they are only fragments—can you even consider them human by the end? The Memory Police isn't a bad book by any means, but it isn't extraordinary either.
Graphic: Death and Infidelity
Moderate: Suicidal thoughts
