Tarnished Empire by Danielle L. Jensen
5.0
{Agrippa gave his commander a saucy grin. "I'm afraid my humor refuses to be so constrained, sir. It bursts forth like the bosoms of a barmaid in a too-tight dress."}
And that's why Agrippa can't seem to stay out of trouble...
If you have not read the Dark Shores series yet, what are you waiting for? In fact..start right here with Tarnished Empire.
What I loved about it:
• It is so well written. Danielle Jensen has a way of making each and every character 3 dimensional.
• I laughed so much during this book thanks to Agrippa's sense of humor
• It is truly enemies to lovers trope and I love it
• I felt so many emotions with each scene and was so invested in the outcome
• The ending was perfect and it leads you right into Dark Shores so it can be read next even though TE was the most recent release. (Which means I will be rereading Dark Shores)
What I didn't like:
... this is blank because there is nothing I didn't like!
