Tales of the City by Armistead Maupin
5.0
Rereading for JanTerm...excited to read this book for the 3rd time! GOT to love some San Francisco fiction ;)

3rd time, and it's even better than ever. I simply ADORE Mrs. Madrigal; she's delightful, and I wish my JanTerm class was reading more of Maupin's series so they could see just how delightful she truly is! Lots of storylines in this book: DeDe and Beauchamp, Mona starting to feel a little lost, D'orothea's identity, Michael and his search for love, Mary Ann adjusting to SF, Brian looking for love, Mrs. Madrigal's awesomeness...such a fantastic series, and an amazing START to the series. Leaves a lot of room for future books (which, of course, there are).
