Batman/Superman, Volume 2: Game Over, by Greg Pak, Jae Lee, Brett Booth

3.0

This volume follows two different (yet sort of connected) story arcs. The first story was cheesy and over-the-top, reminiscent of the early 90s comic stories. A new artist was used for this story, and the art was overdone and non-cohesive with the art style we've seen thus far.

The second story was much better, following Earth-2 Huntress and Powergirl's meeting with Batman and Superman. The story is more enoyable if you've been keeping up with the World's Finest storyline, but works just fine on it's own.

Overall the writing in this series seems inconsistent, and the use of numerous artists with vastly different styles can be distracting and confusing. However, I'm interested enough in the Batman/Superman relationship to keep reading for atleast one more volume.
