The Revolution Starts at Home: Confronting Intimate Violence within Activist Comminities edited by Ching-In Chen, Jai Dulani, & Leah Lakshmi Piepzna-Samarasinha

This is such a necessity. These essays outline how radical and progressive movements and people are not immune to experiences of sexual and intimate partner violence. They also demonstrate ways that we can stay true to our values while also protecting ourselves and others from these harms. I really needed to read this at this time in my life. I recommend this book to everyone.
