Demon Flames by M.J. Haag, Becca Vincenza

Drav surprised me with how earnest, patient, and romantic he could be with both actions and words towards Mya. It was fascinating to learn about the origin of the grey skins and the hellhound, as well as getting to see more of how they lived in the underground cave system. Seeing Drav and Mya's affection and comfort for each other grow was also very endearing. However, I felt the pacing was a bit slower in this one and not a lot of substantial things happened. I wasn't kept on the edge of my seat as I was with the first book.
