Hook, Line, and Sinker by Tessa Bailey

5.0

Hook, Line & Sinker is the second book in the Bellinger sisters duology. This one follows Hannah (Piper’s younger sister) and Fox (Brendon’s best friend).

First, this book is much better than the first although I didn’t really enjoy the first one (It Happened One Summer). I feel the romance is more believable and developed, as they start off as friends first for quiet a few months.

The characters also have so much more depth and their flaws are at the forefront of the story which I love. The character arcs were also believable. I am absolutely in love with Fox Thornton 💘 and he doesn’t get enough air time on bookstagram.

This book is also really funny, I honestly laughed out loud at some lines, which is super rare for me with books.

I also love the vibes of this book. It’s such a light and fluffy romanc and a good summer read.
