Let’s be honest, I started reading this because there’s a dragon on the cover… but I did not expect this, the world building, the spice, enemies to lovers, diary entries, multi POV, faes, high tension, loads of banter, forbidden/star crossed lovers, he falls first, who hurt you!!! 

This book was a 5 star read for me and the next book will defiantly be high up on my most anticipated reads for 2025, it had all my favourite tropes, an emotionally available MMC, and a firey, strong willed FMC. The world building was intense but Sarah has included an in depth glossary at the back of the book to help you through it!

The art work throughout the book is so beautiful and honestly if you love cassian or rowan vibes, you will love kaan ❤️‍🔥 already cannot wait to re read this next year!
