The movie was obviously better but was interested in this as I read the book on the Making of Alien where many of these ideas were scrapped by Fox.
It was hard to separate the two from one another (original screenplay from movie) but I did enjoy seeing some of the subtle changes. Would’ve liked to see more shots of the Alien compared to the the movie. Maybe a big full page drawing.
Much of the action was also confusing/unclear. Did not hold much weight and didn’t really care for the characters. I wish the thoughts of the characters were provided as this format would be very conducive for that.
