If a fluffy romance is what you are looking for, this book may not be for you. In this story, we follow Holly, a girl that was abducted at eight years old, to be saved eleven years later by Tyler Grace.
A story about broken souls finding their way on their own and with each other. We get to see the development of a beautiful friendship first, which then turns into love. They know each other limits and traumas. And work together to move forward with their lives.
I only wish that the story had accelerated in certain parts because we didn't get to see Tyler confronting his demons. I wanted more closure on that part.
To read a book that not only tackles the conversation on trauma, anxiety and panic attacks. But also, the process of rehabilitation was refreshing. I have not seen many books mention actual exercises and coping mechanisms for anxiety and panic attacks, and this one does that.
