Gilda Joyce: The Bones of the Holy by Jennifer Allison

2.0

I don't know - maybe this is one of those series wherein I like every other book? The best bits of this one were a) the St. Augustine setting (I renew my desire to visit) and how it influences the story (I think, actually, Allison does this consistently well, looking back on my comments re: the last one) and b) the spooky factor is upped a bit. Alas, lots of mediocre bits fleshing it out. I just wasn't very engaged.
