The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown

3.0

I am disappointed with this book. I could not warm up to Robert Langdon, and I wasn't even picturing him as Tom Hanks. Has he always vehemently denied that something could be possible, then after a sentence or two of explanation, accepted the new idea readily? He did this over and over. It would have been a better story with out Robert Langdon. I felt great relief when I though he was dead.

I did like the symbol stuff and the Washington D.C. history. I even think that Dan Brown has shined up the reputation of the Masons, so good for them. But the ending... yuck!

Overall, a fair way to pass the time, but I'm not recommending this.
