What He Always Knew by Kandi Steiner

4.0

If there’s one thing I know I can always count on, it’s that Kandi Steiner will knock it out of the park with every book she ever writes. I was scared. I was hesitant. I knew going into the second book of this duet who I wanted Charlie to end up with and who was the better man for her. I never once wavered from that belief and I’m SO happy Kandi Steiner (obviously) agreed. This was so emotional, frustrating, and angsty from page one, and at times I was nervous Charlie would make the wrong (in my opinion) decision.

Love triangles are always tricky for me, but I’m happy to say (without spoilers) that this ended exactly how I would’ve hoped. Charlie picked the man who loved her selflessly and wholeheartedly, and who always put her happiness first. As she should. This duet was phenomenal, in pure Kandi Steiner fashion. Chef’s kiss.
