Ok, and I thought Van had a lot of red flags…how about we take the most despicable character from the last book, and make him the romantic lead in this one? Only if Pam Godwin writes it! 😂

I feel the need to reiterate that these books are SUPER dark. And not just for what the victims go through, but some of these characters were the baddies doing very bad things! 😳

And then Pam gets a hold of them and 😮‍💨, you see them in a whole new light.

I was so intrigued by Tiago in the last book, and finally we get to see why he is the way he is.

But Kate! I loved her! She is so strong, at such a young age, after going through everything she has gone through. And she managed to keep her strength throughout this book, and she may be one of my favorite FMCs of this series so far. (Never back down Kate!)

What this book is giving:
✅ Dark Romance
✅ Dual POV/narration
✅ Captor/Captive
✅ The most red flags ever for an MMC?
✅ Didn’t see that connection coming!
