100 Nasty Women of History by Hannah Jewell

Did not finish book. Stopped at 15%.

I thought the author tried too hard to be "hip" and "cool" but missed the target: the writing was annoyingly tween-ish and the biographies were so short they left me with next to no info on the women discussed. I understand keeping them short to add more women to the book and I'm happy to do my homework and research them myself but I think you need to hook the reader into actually wanting to research. This disn't at all.
