A Lady's Formula for Love by Elizabeth Everett

4.0

An intriguing, fun and flirty book filled with adventure and a dash of romance. Loved the characters especially Violet and Arthur who have had some bad past or tragic pasts and which seem to draw them to each other. I also found the main villain character to be someone who you have a lot more sympathy for than most villains that are written… there’s a sense of both feminine rage and also that sometimes people become too wrapped or warped in their thinking to see the effects they are causing. It’s a remarkably deep book with light touches to keep the heaviness to a minimum. A wonderful book and one I am intrigued to read more of.
