Hyperfocus: How to Be More Productive in a World of Distraction by Chris Bailey

4.0

This was an enlightening title, which I could not get enough of, although it took me some time to finish, it had different stimulating points within it which carried weight. I would recommend this to anyone looking to expand their contributions to work and personal life. It does help you determine when you are burnt out, or need to take a step back from a situation. As well as how to focus and get your work done efficiently.

Some may think it odd that by the second half of the book much of the information is encouraging you to daydream, it leads to great solutions to things that are problems you may be working on, but not know the solution. I would recommend this to anyone looking to amp up their professional lives.
