Tilly and the Bookwanderers by Anna James
4.0
Pages & Co: Tilly and the Book Wanderers is a book lover's dream.
It's quite literally a book about a book lover's love of books and as soon as I read that one character was attempting to bake Enid Blyton's pop cakes, I knew I would adore it.
As I child I wished for nothing more than to be able to go on adventures through The Magic Faraway Tree with Moonface or down the rabbit hole with Alice and it seems that Anna James and I shared that wish!
This book will be adored by children today and will be a nostalgic read for adults. It's just wonderful.
Thank you so much to @harpercollins for this free book (and trip down memory lane!)
