My very first Jodi Picoult read. She sold me on her writing style and I love how she's not afraid to write about touchy topics. I wasn't too crazy about the daughter Trixie aka the victim in this book and I found her to be annoying at times but I absolutely loved the father as a character. One thing is for sure, this book opened the door for many more Jodi Picoult books ❤️
