I really find the premise of "what would happen if the US permanently closed it's borders and stopped interacting with the rest of the world?" to be a prose worthy of exploring. However, I'm not sold on this main group of characters just yet. Except for the pilot, he's awesome. Everyone else is meh.

The main villain, outside of the dystopia and mystery itself, is an interesting character, and I'm hoping to learn more about him as the story goes on.

Overall, I'd recommend this graphic novel. It's a interesting premise with gruesome dystopia and a fascinating mystery that's itching to be solved. I just hope this main group of characters improve as they travel through this mystery.
