Finding Kyler by Siobhan Davis

5.0

Finding Kyler is the first book in the Kennedy Boys series and the first I have read by Siobhan Davis. I wasn't sure what to expect from this book, but I truly loved it! The writing is fantastic, the story is full of drama, humor and a little sexiness. Faye loses her family and is forced to move to America and live with her uncle, aunt and seven cousins. It's painfully clear that the Kennedy's have their own issues and drama before she gets there, but her presence stirs it up a little. New country, new family, new school. Fays has walked into the scene already in play. The players already chosen. The drama already started. Her attraction to her cousin seems to pale in comparison to what's happening around them. Who can she trust? Will her new family have her back? Siobhan writes this story about forbidden love perfectly. I was so immersed in the story, the last thing I was thinking about was Kyler and Faye being cousins. I enjoyed all of the drama and I loved how Faye could take care of herself, but it was nice to see people caring about her. It does end on of the biggest cliffhangers I've ever read! Finding Kyler was a wild ride and I know there's even more to come!

"Don't flatter yourself. You're the first specimen of prime American A-hole I've seen. I wanted to memorize the form so I know what to avoid next time."
