I liked it far less than previous books in the series. Probably because the Second foundation is psychologists. Meaning they can and do manipulate people. It's hard to care about anything going on if you know they can't beat the Second foundation. You are never sure whether a person is an agent of it (or maybe they are an agent and their memory was erased). None of the characters seemed particularly interesting or memorable to me.
