Can You Keep a Secret? by Sophie Kinsella

3.0

This is not my usual style of book, so for this reason, I'll keep my review shorter than usual. Overall this was fun to listen to and probably qualifies as a fun read. (The narrator was pretty excellent, I thought.) It was an entertaining book that I enjoyed listening to in the car, though especially since it's not my style of book, I probably wouldn't have read it in print. This is the first book I've read by this author, and I'd definitely recommend it to someone who wants a light, funny read, likes the author, and likes this genre.

I also liked one of the messages I got out of this book: that yes, we do all keep secrets, but sometimes it's really just not necessary. Oftentimes you just cause more frustration for yourself by not coming clean.
