The London Eye Mystery by Siobhan Dowd
5.0
Another wonderful novel featuring a protagonist with Asperger's syndrome. I am not quite sure why I like these kinds of novel so much, but I think it's because they celebrate and affirm kids whose brains "run on a different operating system", as Ted says.
Figuring out how his cousin Salim disappeared and then where he is makes for a nice little mystery. But it also allows Dowd to speak plainly about the trials and tribulations of kids navigating a world filled with worldly adults, even kids with typical brains.
