Did not finish book. Stopped at 58%.
Ok, I'm gonna be honest. I don't like this book at all. So many people were like its such a good romance. Um, its weird and freaky. Its an age-gap romance which I wasn't aware of and his nicknames for her are kinda freaky to me. He calls her "my little friend" and
Spoiler when he proposes to her, he calls her "my soon-to-be girl-bride". I knowthis was more of a common thing at the time this book was writen but they also often say things like "he's old enough to be your father". HE SOUNDS LIKE A PETIFILE. Also, MR. ROCHESTER IS A MARRIED AND HIS WIFE STILL LIVES IN THE HOUSE. I DON'T CARE THAT SHE'S INSANE, HE IS LITERALLY CHEATING ON HIS WIFE WHILE SHE IS AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!
I just really didn't like this book, won't recommend it.
