i liked the coming of age factor, and i loved the fact that the book showed how childish and immature aria still was, even if she thought she could hold her own. however, i did not like the relationships depicted in this book. aria is VERY delusional in
getting w steph and hoping for smthn more with her. and then trying to mend things with steph after lisa caught them; at stephs JOB might i add. IN PUBLIC! like girl, U WERE HAVING AN AFFAIRRRRR. u r a HOMEWRECKER, even if steph and lisa were already having a rocky relationship. like that was all so odd??? and then the whole sex thing after joan died... GIRL. i know ppl process things differently but good god that was so odd.
3 stars cuz i love malinda lo, but i was expecting more from this to be quite honest.
