4.5 stars. I enjoyed this slow burn marriage of convenience romance. The pace is just right for both the developing love story between Chris and Evelyn and the external plot. I especially love the found family dynamic for all involved, especially the three children and the realities of everyday ranching life for both the cowboys and their wives. The narrator did a great job. I didn't want to stop listening.
