I was really enjoying this but the who-dun-it twist could've been hinted at a bit more.  It was just a 'wait who was that' moment in my head.  The flashbacks make sense of it but since we didn't actually meet the person til the final act I felt cheated.


This book had lost pregnancies, horrible people, seemingly nice people making huge mistakes and transforming into horrible people and corrupting others in the process.  Just..wow that was a lot to unpack.
