Thank you to Lasairiona for providing me with an e-ARC of this book to read and review. This book is going to be living in my head rent-free for the foreseeable future and I'm not mad about it. This is a romance book for romance readers and Lasairiona absolutely delivered. It was like breaking the fourth wall and it was fabulous. Justin is a romance author under a pen name and man does he know what he's doing! He knows and understands all the tropes because he writes about them, of course, and he also has a ton of big feelings that he isn't afraid to have. I was having the big feelings right along with him and I love Lasiariona so so much for allowing him to feel all the things as well as reading romance without any shame. There was a lot of trust and a lot of heart put into this book. Savannah also had her struggles as she found out she was adopted and had to come to terms with that in her life and I thought that storyline was done really well. Also, I would be remiss if I did not commend the queen for the spice.  Justin and Savannah were intense in the best way and I think I was feeling something from their first kiss and it just went up to the top tier from there.  Freezing the Puck was a brilliant beginning to an exciting new series and I am ready for all of the Cedar Rapids Raccoons shenanigans!!
