Do Not Become Alarmed by Maile Meloy

3.0

3 stars instead of 2 because I did read it, light and breezy thriller. But so shallow, all this stuff happening but the characters were like paper dolls frollicking through the most outlandish horrible events. They tell writers, just keep piling on the worst that can happen. Oh okay. Now, who was the protagonist again? Oh right, there wasn't one. Everybody had a little kick at the cat. And in the end, nothing mattered, nothing changed, the worst things that happened, happened to a family on the periphery of this foursome. No meat here. But it did keep rolling along.
