Daisy Haites by Jessa Hastings
5.0
Holy hell that was incredible from start to finish. I wasn’t so sure I’d like Daisy, I was worried it wouldn’t be as good as the first for some reason and I was incredibly wrong!
Daisy was an incredible FMC to follow. This book had a lot of depth to it and you truly are watching these characters make some terrible decisions whilst still being able to understand why they do what they do. I think that’s my favourite thing about this series so far - majority of these characters make really stupid choices at times, but you can always see why and can empathise with them because you know what they’re going through/can see into their thought process.
My heart broke so many times for Daisy and Christian, this was a lot more heavy than Magnolia Parks but in the best way. So much depth, so many beautifully written quotes and thought provoking moments. I cannot wait to continue the series! I need to know what’s coming next, and I’m a little nervous at what’s to come because my heart can’t take any more!!!!
