Did not finish book. Stopped at 22%.
The writing, for me was the main problem. It very basic and uninteresting, no sparkle at all.
The 'voice' of Annie and Lee were the same, no personality or point of difference between their 2nd person POV. This made it hard to get into their heads and get to understand their motivations.
The world and political structures were a draw but I could stick around to find out more due to the lack luster writing and story style.
