It's been a long time since I read the last instalment, so it took me a while to work out where we were in the story.

Felt this was more twisty and involved than the other books, which made for an interesting read.

SpoilerWow, how much can you make a character dislikeable? Fucking Chard. I could not believe he would stoop so low to poison poor Monty, what the actual fuck. I guess that's one way to get rid of a character. Good riddance.

Felt bad for the Crooks. I'm glad Dixon didn't give up looking for Stella's body and Manners burying her under the pig reminded me of that tumblr post about how to bury a body so it would evade detection.
