I’ve been super hard to impress, but I couldn’t have really asked for more from this book. The story was well-developed, in particular the chapter where Marx dies was maybe the best thing I’ve read, ever. Profoundly beautiful and beautifully profound.
They lost me a bit at the end there, to be honest. It kinda petered out, but I still adore this book and will read it again (and likely catch details I missed the first time).
