Gorgeous poetic prose

Friends to Lovers Office Romance Historical omniscient point of view
After dual tragedies cause Lucy to need a new place to stay and a means of following her vocation, Lady Moth’s inquiry for a French Astronomy translator could not have been more fortunate. Lucy applies for the position and causes a cascade of events highlighting the inequities between women and men not only in science but also marriage, the arts, and business. Interwoven through the social story is a story of two people who need to overcome their personal fears to find their complementary star to traverse the heavens with.

Loved the social aspects of this story as well as the authors fantastic turn of phrase and imagery. I would love to see the embroidery discussed. There were some great twists at the end that made me cheer.
