I’m a sucker for a book with witches. Hannah is an elemental witch, still tied to her ex Vanessa as they’re in the same coven and have a lot that is still unresolved. There’s Gemma, the BFF, and a few other characters involved.
I liked the story, and I didn’t want to put it down during the last 1/4 of the book. That being said, I feel that there was a lot talked about with the blood witch that Hannah and Vanessa saw but really no “exciting” conclusion to that story. Maybe in the next book? I also didn’t feel that there was enough character development for me to really care about them as much as I think I should have.
Overall, though, a fun read.
