This trilogy felt like one long book split into three. They continue seamlessly without jumping in topic or time, which I liked. Sirscha's character development is amazing, and I truly love her! There is a lot of world-building in this book as they're traveling and discovering new cities, so be ready for loads of new information (it's not hard to follow, though).
If you liked book 1, I'm sure you'll love this one as well.
