I have to be honest, "Replica" by Lauren Oliver did not live up to my expectations. I was really excited to read this book, but unfortunately it fell short for me.
The concept of the book was interesting, with the story being told from two different points of view of two girls who are clones. However, the execution of this idea was poor. How does a book about clones end being this boring?
In addition, the characters were not very well-developed and I found myself not really caring about what happened to them. The plot was also lacking in excitement and suspense.
Overall, I would give "Replica" a 2 star rating. While I appreciate the effort put into the unique concept, the execution and delivery of the story left something to be desired.
