Well, I was right. I wasn't sure in the middle of it that it would be a 5 star. I felt like it dragged in the middle and rushed the ending. But with the nostalgia feels and enough of the characters from the original Ella Enchanted, I ended up really enjoying this. I had a hard time liking Evie because she's so analytical, but in true Gail Carson Levine style and reminiscent of Ella, she takes matters into her hands of her own fate. Also, the more I learned about Wormy (although the name is still silly), the more I loved the two of them together.
I think any Ella Enchanted fan would enjoy this.
