Death in the Spotlight by Robin Stevens

3.0

As a newcomer to the series, I was disappointed to find this installment didn't captivate me as much as other books I've read recently. Daisy and Hazel's London adventure with their uncle and aunt was enjoyable, but the overall plot lacked the spark I've come to expect. While Daisy thrived in her acting role, Hazel's reservations were evident. The mystery involving the theater felt less engaging than previous cases solved by Wells and Wong.
