East Asian inspired fantasy with dragons, cranes, the red thread of fate and dragons? Sign. Me. Up. That’s my jam. That’s all I want from life. 
I don’t know what Elizabeth Lim is putting in her books but she writes so vividly, I can see a clear movie playing in my head. This was adventurous like a video game and I’d love to play it! 
Can’t wait to start reading the next one! 
Zero complaints. Not even about the romance—even though romance isn’t my strong suit in books like these. And dragon boy?? Uffff I’m happy as can be
